Days 5-7

Food Diary 6/6-6/8 (no exercise the first week of the diet)

Wednesday: 4 protein shakes, 1 protein bar, small lunch salad with fat free dressing, 1/2 grilled chicken breast with hot sauce roasted squash, peppers, and onions and stewed tomato and okra.

Mood/Energy: Feeling pretty good compared to last few days.  Energy seems to be waning late afternoon.  Appetite seems well under control.

Water: 65 ounces

Thursday: 4 protein shakes, 1 protein bar, 1/2 grilled chicken breast with hot sauce roasted squash and red bell peppers, snacked on veggies (cucumber, broccoli, cauliflower, red onion, and cherry tomatoes.

Mood/Energy: Felt pretty good.  Still lacking energy at times.  Was very hungry at dinner.  I think because I did not eat any vegetables during the day.  I ended up eating too many vegetables at night in my opinion.

*Received first Lipovite injection.

Friday: 4 protein shakes, 1 protein bar, small lunch salad with fat free dressing, 1 grilled teriyaki chicken breast, roasted zucchini, carrots, and onion.

Mood/Energy: Felt really great today.  I was more focused and more energetic.  Evening brought regret for eating a whole chicken breast.  I felt overly full and did not like it.
