Goals/Mini Milestones

25 Jun

I have decided to set myself mini-goals or milestones if you will, to help me keep motivated along this weight loss trek I am on.

In trying to come up with what I wanted these smaller goals to be, I basically was flashing back through my life to what I weighed at different times in my life.

So here is the run down of my weight loss goals including my ultimate goal, along with the significance of that weight. I am working on a fitness goal list. That one is a little more tricky.

  • 318- what I weighed when I found out I was pregnant (should make this one hopefully this week)
  • 299-officially out of the God-Awful 300’s!
  • 275-What I weighed when I got married to my wonderful husband.
  • 250-Mid-way point of the 200’s.
  • 235-What I weighed after 1 year of dating my husband.
  • 220-What I weighed when I met my husband.
  • 199-Officially out of the dreaded 200’s!
  • 185-What I weighed when I graduated from high school.
  • 160-My ultimate goal. I do not even ever remember weighing 160 unless it was in middle school on my way up in weight.
