Guilt Free Vegetarian Taco-ish Salad

Romaine lettuce
Red onion
Diced tomatoes
Fat free ranch dressing
Arizona seasoning blend (Penzeys) can use taco seasoning.

Mix all veggies in a bowl. Separately mix ranch dressing and Arizona seasoning together. The pour over salad and mix all together.

Only 75 calories for this bowl, 0 fat and 16 carbs.

Tastes amazing!!!

    I make a salad just like that! My only other ingredient is chopped avocado.
