Homemade Marinara

4-12oz cans of no salt added diced tomatoes. (will use fresh tomatoes one day, just not today)

1 medium yellow onion

2 cloves of garlic

To taste:
Sea salt
Black pepper
Mrs. Dash
Italian Seasoning blend (salt free)

Dice onion and garlic in food processor. Sauté in pot with olive oil or I used canola oil until tender. Purée tomatoes in food processor until desired consistency. Pour tomatoes in with onions garlic and seasonings. Let simmer uncovered for 1 hour.
