Which is better…1 or 2…

I work for ophthalmologists so the title is an eye joke for my non-eye nerd readers.  🙂

Tonight I did a walk/jog, and I have to say I was disappointed with my time.  The main reason is that I just knew it was going to be my best yet, and it was just mediocre.

The reason it was not a great time, I suppose,  is that I jogged more times than ever before…wait? say what?  Yeah that is my point.  I.jogged.more.of.my.workout.  My thought as to why this slowed me down is because my walking in between jogging spurts must have been a lot slower than normal.

So my question for all you awesome people out there is:

Please also leave me comments and/or tweets as to why your choice is the best choice.
