Get In The Picture

4 Oct

For any of you mommas out there with self portrait phobia, it is a real condition…look it up, this article should change the way you feel about being photographed with your kids.

I am guilty of deleting or forcing the hubs to delete pictures that do not meet my approval.  I am also the mom who did not want many pictures of me taken when I first had Tink.  I was at my heaviest, I looked gross.  Who wants photographic evidence of looking less than stellar.

We all should.  We should want our kids to have photographs of us to to look at and share with future generations.  They won’t care how many extra pounds we were carrying, if we had no makeup on, or if our hair was a wreck.  If it is a captured moment in time with us.  My guess is that they will cherish it.

Just think, if I had not chilled out a bit at times, I would have never had these shots…double…triple chin and all!

🙂

I challenge you all to get in the picture!  I will be taking the challenge to do so as well!

Please link up some pictures of moments you are so glad you have captured…that include you in the shot!

Stay Strong and Keep Moving,
